The past few months have been a wild and exciting ride in Nixa real estate. Normally this time of year feels like everyone hits the brakes. This fall feels more like someone stomped the gas pedal.

There is real momentum building in our town. You can feel it when you drive through the south side. You can feel it when you talk to buyers who want a piece of what Nixa is becoming. You can feel it when sellers ask what their land might be worth because they heard “something big is happening.”

And for once, they’re right.

I’m thrilled to share that I just closed on 190 acres with a large developer who is working on some very cool things. Residential subdivisions. Multifamily. Commercial sites. And maybe even a few secret projects I can’t talk about yet without getting myself in trouble. When I say Nixa is growing in the right direction, this is the stuff I mean. Smart development. Responsible growth. Opportunities that lift our whole community.

Even on the south side of town, Stu Stinger is rolling out a new phase and putting in lots now. I don’t know which builders will grab them, but in his last two phases Turner Homes built everything. If that continues, you can expect a wave of new construction homes coming to market. More options for families. More choices for relocating buyers. More reasons people keep choosing Nixa.

Inside my own world, the past three months have been some of the busiest I’ve ever experienced. Over half of everything we put under contract didn’t come from buyers finding us. We went out and found the properties for them. Off market land. Off market homes. Calling owners. Connecting dots. Not waiting around for the market to deliver a buyer or seller, but going out and getting the job done.

This market has not felt like a slowdown. It’s felt like a pickup. A shift in energy. A reminder that real estate isn’t just about chasing listings. It’s about solving problems. It’s about creativity. It’s about being willing to knock on a few doors when everyone else is blaming the season.

I love being part of what’s happening in Nixa. I love helping businesses find their next location. I love helping families plant roots. I love watching this community grow in ways that feel intentional.

If you ever have questions, want to brainstorm, or just want to toss some ideas around, reach out. I’m always happy to grab a cup of coffee. Around here, good conversations are still how the best deals get started.
